Mild cramping and headache but still no AF

AF was due to arrive 6/9/16 and I still don't have it. However I've had the weirdest almost dull cramps all day long it started yesterday morning and this morning too. I haven't started though and normally when the cramps come AF is right there with it. I've had a headache for a few days now, my legs are achey, my lower back was killing me last night and I'm way more tired than usual. I've taken a few tests and they were BFN except last night I took one and when it was processing it was positive, stayed positive for about 40 seconds or so then turned back to negative. Could I be pregnant? I just feel like I've never had period cramps last this long with no blood. I'm also not irritable and my boobs only hurt under my armpits
