Discharge after sex?

This is more of a question regarding if this is normal or not.

Every time I have a orgasm and my boyfriend pulls out to finish, there is this always this white (lotion color-like) thick discharge that comes out. Its very sticky as well and has no odor. Im on birth control so I do not believe this is because of ovulation plus it happens every time I orgasm even if sex is days apart. Is this normal? Also, it is not his semen. He knows for a fact that it isn't and he wasn't even close to finishing. I am just wondering what this could be
