Confused on Pre-Ovulation Symptoms vs. DPO symptoms. Anyone have week long pre 0 symptoms?

Need advice. 1st month to use OPK's. I typically have a 30 day cycle. On day 10 I had a peak OPK using ClearBlue Digital. DTD even though I thought this was very early to O. Decided to continue testing a couple days later. Got a low fertility result on Day 12 then a peak result again on day 13. I had sharp ovary pains and increased sex drive around day 10 when I had the first peak. My mood was high and I assumed the sharp ovary pains and clear/sticky CM was an indication the result could be accurate.

If this was accurate I am 8 DPO. The past week I have been extremely tired (taking constant naps, even at work), the worst gas that I can't control, back pain. Creamy white CM since Day 12
If early pregnancy symptom they seem to follow the DPO tracker. Not totally convinced I started using a different OPK, all (-) results till yesterday CD 17, (+) & peak with CB. I started having horrible ovary pain. Did I O on CD 10 or 17.

When did I O, anyone have similar stories.
