Question

I need help.. Am I having a miscarriage?

I found out i was pregnant last tuesday according to the clearblue test i was 3-4 weeks. Well the next morning I had some cramping and started to bleed( mind you this is around my normal period time). Well i continued to bleed a "normal" period amound. About a pad every 3ish hours(tmi not completely full but enough to change). I bleed like that all wednesday and thursday and friday it went to a very light bleeding. Onto Saturday and Sunday no bleeding. I took another clearblue and it said i was pregnant 4-5 weeks.. so would my hcg go up if I was miscarrying. Or could it be possible I just had a period while pregnant? There was some blood clots and I know I have not passed the baby... I havent had any cramping except that one time. Help. This is my first possible misscariage.

Please go see your Doc at once. It is possible to bleed while pregnant and not be mis-carrying though it is not very common. The Doc should be able to do a blood test and a scan and check what is happening. Good luck! Take care!

How do u know u didn't pass the baby? Ur so early on that u wouldn't know one way or the other. U do need to see a Dr. U can bleed and everything be fine, u can also bleed and have ur hCG continue to rise, then miscarry a bit later on. This happened to me at 7wks. I started bleeding shortly after af was due...bled daily with no clots or cramping. My CB went from 1-2 to 2-3 to 3+ so I felt safe in the fact that the hormone was still rising, I wasn't in any pain and passed no clots. The bleeding increased to mass amounts at 6w6d, I had an appt with my ob at 7wks and they sent me straight to the ER. My uterus was completely empty and my hCG had finally started to fall. Hopefully everything is fine, but def don't take comfort in the lack of cramping. U don't have to cramp to lose a pregnancy. U need to see ur Dr.
Good luck! =))
