BBT Dip & Bleeding

So I have a 11/12 day luteal phase - 27/28 day cycle with OV on CD16

This month...
9dpo - spotting very lightly in the evening
10dpo - temp dropped way below coverline and medium flow bleeding started (my first day of AF is normally heavy)
11dpo - only spotting - temp back up above coverline
12dpo (today) no spotting or bleeding - temp still up

I only had a flow for a day maybe a day and a half. My normal periods are heavy for the first 2 days, medium on the 3rd, and light on the 4th.

I also started spotting 2 days before expected AF at 9dpo and bleeding at 10dpo... the day AF was expected, I only spotted.

Anyone experience this before?
