Yes I'm aware of that as well and I have had neither I was just courious in the sense of abnormal signs the list is common signs. In a general matter. But there are things abnormal people do experience. But yes thank you

If you're 12DPO you could test in the morning and get pretty accurate results. It's very statistically unlikely to get a BFN on 13DPO and go on to get a BFP later in the same cycle. So if you're pregnant you can probably get a BFP tomorrow morning with FMU.

If you're pregnant enough to have symptoms (fatigue, morning sickness, twitchy muscles?) then you're pregnant enough to turn a test positive. If you don't have enough hCG to turn a test positive, especially in the case of more sensitive tests like FRERs, then you can't have enough hCG to cause symptoms.
