I've had a faint positive and this morning a negative... 45days into cycle! Help!

I am ttc, and have missed my period dramatically (normally 30 cycle)
I'm at day 45. All tests negative except yesterday's FR-EPT, where I gt a faint positive, then did another test today and was negative again!
I had an internal scan of ovaries to check cysts at 43 days, no probs she said I look like I've gt a thick layer and would either come on or get a positive in next 10 days but thinks I ovulated late.
Please help, I dont no what to think.
