Not sure twinges? and late for af

Hey ladies, currently im on cycle day 30. My cycles are typically 28-29 days never any later than that. Earlier this week Monday- Wednesday i had nasusea really bad, but not throwing up, and now since yesterday i have just a strong constant pressure or twinges would be a way to describe them, they arent cramps but no sign of AF. I took a hpt 2 days ago and it was negative. Not sure if i should wait to retest tomorrow morning, or just wait and see if she makes her ugly appearance.
