Question

Nausea so early?

I just found out I'm pregnant. I mean barely 4 weeks and just missed a period. I am so nauseous today. I'm also stuffy with a headache and sore throat. Is this normal so early on?! Or am I imagining things?!

I didn't experience it myself until much later, but I've read that it can occur that early due to the hormonal changes. Esp the rise of progesterone. For me eating ginger helped. They also say drinking ginger tea will work.

I've also read that you can take a combination of Vitamin B6 (50 mg) and unisom ( single 25-mg) to help with pregnancy-induced nausea. But the Relief Band seems like a great option as well, but I don't have personal experience with that either.

Hope you feel better soon!!! CONGRATS!!!!

My morning sickness started right after 5th week and got worse unless I started drinking no to morning sickness tea. It helped me soothing from severe NVP.
