Could this be implantation dip OR is AF is coming?

At 10dpo I had a big temp dip of 97.2 and decided to take a HPT but it was BFN. 11dpo and my temp shot back up to 98.2 and today is 12dpo and temp is 98.4!! I did a follistim/ovidrel/timed intercourse cycle. Another thing I noticed is that I have been feeling very wet down there... it's a milky creamy CM.
