Ok. It's normal for your cycles to tale a while to settle after taking any hormonal contraception. Eat well, exercise, stay hydrated and start trying once your cycle is back to normal. All the best.

Yea, bout DEPO ... it depends on the amount of time you were on the shot. I know it took me nearly 6 months for one and about a yr'ish from them to start like normal ..
