Implantation spotting 9-12dpo how long after have you got a positive? Af is 5 days late. HELP

I spotted (only when I wiped) 9dpo-12dpo. Then it stopped. Still no period and still no bfp. I will be 14 dpo tomorrow. Has anyone had implantation spotting and not get a bfp until a few days later? I'm so confused. My period is 5 days late. I'm cramping but no af.
