I'm afraid you won't know for sure untill the baby is born, then you will be able to do a dna test. Im not sure you would be able to tell from an ultrasound scan as they can only give you an estimated conception date and the dates between the 2 potential dads are very close. Good luck x

That's a week differenc and sperm only live up to 5 days in the best conditions. Your dr should have been able to tell you the week of implantation. But you definitely need to do a DNA test. You owe it to the father and child to know 100% who is the actual father.
