Pregnant so early?!

Has anyone else gotten a positive HOME PREGNANCY TEST at only 3 weeks?
I went to my doctors and she confirmed with another Pregnancy test that I was 3 weeks along.
I did get blood tests but I won't know exactly how far along I am until the results come back (3-4 days) I am being impatient and just want to know if you have had similar experiences?

very normal! You ovulated early!!! Mine was confirmed at 3w and 5d... If I would have ovulated 5 days earlier it would be the same! Congrats! You baby now will be coming a week early more then likely ;)
