Is Implantation Cramping and Spotting Possible?

Hi ladies,
I need some input, im pretty confused about this one. My cycles are 25 days have been exact for the past 12 months. My last af was April 17, 2016 and af is due to show her May 12, 2016. Ok this where im confused friday evening, May 6, 2016 i started experiencing really bad cramps. It seemed to be a mix of cramps and gas (sorry for the tmi). DH got me some tums and ginger ale. The ginger ale seemed to alleviate my discomfort. The following morning Saturday, May 7, 2016 i used the restroom wiped and saw pink spotting on the tissue but nothing in my panties or in the toilet. So i put a pantyliner on to be on the safe side and and did experience that again, but im still having cramps here and there. Have any of you ladies experienced this and gotten a + hpt? Is there a such thing as implantation cramping and implantation spotting with my period being less than a week away? Thank you all in advance. Baby dust to all.
