Heartburn around 8-9 dpo?
Hi!! I am new here & am obsessed with it already!! This is our 1st cycle TTC- well actually we aren't actively trying or not trying ;-) Letting nature do its thing for now! I've been tracking my BBT but had been on BC since 2007, so obviously not sure what my body's natural cycle is. I could be wrong, but I am having so many of the early pregnancy symptoms-nips so tender it hurts to touch them, extreme exhaustion, evening constipation (mornings are fine-TMI!!), peeing every 30 min (which is SO hard as a teacher!! haha) dizziness, vivid dreams, etc!! Tuesday and yesterday I had pretty bad heartburn (I NEVER have heartburn!)... it looks like that's a normal symptom. The heartburn was central, but stronger on the left side & I felt like I had a side stitch (any other runners out there?!). I've been drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated. Has anyone experienced something similar? Maybe it's unrelated, but I've never had a stitch when not running..anxious for 14 dpo! Baby Dus

To be honest, heartburn, sore bb's, frequent urination, and even a little nausea are symptoms I started developing in my early 30's with my normal cycle. I assume that it was my hormones shifting into overdrive to account for my aging reproductive system (not that 30 is old :) I am 7 weeks now and my most predominant symptoms from 11-21 dpo is the lack of symptoms. I didn't get the sore bb's or crampy and bloated like I normally do before my period shows. However everyone is different so good luck and baby dust!!!

Thanks loopygrl! Very interesting about your symptoms/lack of symptoms. I'm 32 (33 in July) and haven't noticed any changes in my hormones overall, but certainly a possibility. A few of the symptoms have lessened or gone away, but others lingered: sore nips, exhaustion, shortness of breath (I'm in good shape and am a runner/work out, so that one's weird for me!) and a little dizziness. And of course, the heartburn. I can't remember the last time I had heartburn-so weird!! I get a few symptoms before my cycle, but these started so much earlier than normal! It's usually 1-2 days before AF and I started having symptoms a week ago. If AF comes, I'm fine with that....but hoping for baby dust :)
