Guessing....
My last cycle was messed up.. I had a period March 1st - March 5th..then I apparently didn't ovulate and didn't start my next cycle until April 22 ( cycle day 53 or so ) I spotted for several days, then had a very light period and today it seems to be going away..only a slight bit if brown mucus like discharge. I went to the doctor during this ordeal and had blood work etc. but my question is this... now that my cycle is thrown off, can I go by the ovulation calculator on this site ? I am not good at BBT. I have used opk's in the past but end up still guessing.... I guess I just have to BD when I assume..and then some right ????? anyone else have an experience like this ?? I believe my lack of ovulation last month was due to stress... I had a lot going on. But I want to try again this month. I have started taking Vitamin B12, and vitamin D3. No real reason, just trying to help in any way I can.... any suggestions ???
