Question

Whoah!! What's going on?!

My expected period began on time, April 23rd. However, it was much lighter and shorter (only 3 days compared to 5) than normal. No real cramping either. More dark colored (old) blood than bright red. Normal symptoms of mild cramping and swollen breasts. Breasts returned to normal size once "period" started. HPT was negative the day before (First Response). Around April 27th, my breasts swelled and became tingly. Also had mild cramping, on-off. HPT negative again this morning at estimated 16-18 dpo. Wondering if levels aren't high enough yet or maybe I'm not pregnant... What else would cause the swollen breasts, tingling, and cramping AFTER a "period" if not pregnant? Thanks in advance.
