Pregnancy symptom ???

Hi ladies I wanted to ask this question and see if anybody can relate, I currently am 14 dpo and about 4 days ago I noticed what would look like colostrum when I squeezed my breasts I decided to do so because they were very sore both breasts and nipples. Has anybody ever had this happen before ? I have never had this and not sure if it's a pregnancy symptom
