Thoughts before next week

So my cervix has been high and soft. I was tested at the dr yesterday due to some serious acid reflux. That test came back negative. But she wants me to come back next week for a serum test.she thinks i am pregnant. Now on to today. I checked my cervix today and it was high soft and closed. I havent had a cycle since march 17th. So could i be pregnant or is my body just being evil?
