opinions..... Am i pregnant?

I ovulated 19 days ago, period was due on the 24th it didn't come, on the 27th i woke up in morning and got sick, after I felt fine. later on I spotted brown, it wasn't much. haven't tested I'm not exactly sure if I am, if it'd be positive yet. I just recently had a m/c a few months back i heard the chances are really high. is it safe to test, and get a reliable result? or how long should I wait.
