At how many weeks/days did you first see/hear your babies heart beat?

I just made my first prenatal appointment at 6 weeks 3 days. I want to try and get an early ultrasound and see if I can see the heart beat already. I know it could potentially be too early but I've also heard of a lot of other women seeing the heart beat around this time. Depending on what I find, and if everything looks good.. I'm going to surprise my parents and in laws with the news at 7 weeks on Mothers Day! Also, what was the bpm?

With my first 2nd an 3rd pregnacies it was my 12 week scans. With my 4th pregnancy I went for a scan at 5 weeks and 4 days due to spotting and a hb was detected.

8 weeks but just briefly most doctors don't like to do it because they're too young and it heats ups the area around them.

Forgot to add I saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks. Just a little flickering. So reassuring:)

I had my first u/s at 6w4d and saw the flickering hb but did not get a bpm measurement or get to hear it. It was a little early.

At 5w6d with my daughter we saw the heartbeat. It was 98bpm and the scan tech said it likely just started beating within the previous 24hrs. With my fourth i had a u/s done at about 5w2d due to some bleeding. They could only see a sac. With my first and third babies i didnt have a u/s until 8-9wks.

With my first I had an ultrasound in week 7 and the BPM was 146. With this one I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks 5 days and the BPM was 124.
