Question

Q: 4 weeks pregnant and pain to the left of my belly button??? Is this common?? Please answer?

I am 4 weeks pregnant and have a tugging, kind of sharp pain just a tiny bit below my belly button on the left side. It isn't constant but worries me when I feel it. I also feel like I have ovarian pain at times, mostly when I laugh, stand up or stretch. Have any of you ladies felt this before around 4-5 weeks pregnant and what was it? Also slight back aches that come and go but my doc said that was normal. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!! We have an (almost) 8 year old daughter and a chemical pregnancy last month. Thank you all!!

I get it with every pregnancy but mine is always on the right.

Hi, aches and pains are common at 4-5 weeks. Just relax! As long as the pain isn't excruciating and there is no bleeding you can relax. It is just the baby settling in.
