What are the chances??

Ok I'm currently cd 18 of 28 day cycle and I know it's to soon to even tell but this month seems different somehow and it's like I know got that feeling.. my breasts are quite sore Feel heavy and feel fuller and feel tight in my bra had the odd cramp here and there and ovarie twitches, slightly bloated, feeling quite tired and my appetite has increased abit I don't normally get all this slight breast soreness but never this early, sex was on cd 10 and it's been the only time this cycle... could I be pregnant?
