2 lines and then one disappears--Midwife has never seen this before. Am I alone?

2 weeks after the first day of my last period I notice my temperature is high and I am ovulating. Immediately after sex I just know we 'nailed it'. I don't know how, but I just do. The day before my period is due I have very minimal spotting, and the next day no period. I vomit in the middle of the day, something I haven't done in 16 years. My boobs hurt, my nipples are darker, I have excessive saliva, mild nausea, heartburn, my fingers are swelling, food aversions......so on and so forth. On top of all this, I just have that intuition.

Lately when I test (using First Response tests) I see 2 pink lines and then one disappears (All of this within the ten minute window). Yesterday (my period being almost 2 weeks overdue) I went to the women's health centre where I did a urine sample with a midwife. At first she said the test was negative, but then we both saw TWO pink lines. After a few minutes the line had disappeared. She said she never saw this before!!
