How soon can I test? Feeling lots of symptoms...

I'm somewhere between 6-9 dpo and have full, tender breasts, bloating, exhaustion (I slept for 10 1/2 hours), and now dry mouth. I hope I'm not manifesting this because it would be so disappointing. How soon can I test?
