Please help! Pregnant, annovulatory, or just plain hateful cycle???

TTC#5. TR done in 1/2013. 6 M/C including 1 ectopic costing me a tube. 6/2014 was told my tube had a proximal blockage. No one would touch it as my Hx of the TR and ectopic. Was told to go for IVF. NTNP since then. Regular 26/27 day cycles for the most part. A few shorter and a few longer, but I am prone to cysts. Been on BC on and off since 2013 for the cysts.
AF was short and light for me on 3/21. Sex drive in OD since like CD 10. BD'd ALOT! Now, its CD 31 with no AF in sight! Had some tan CM x3 over 2 days at CD 25/26. Usually means AF, but nothing. Took several HPTs since CD 26 with the last one bein yesterday, CD 30, and all are BFN.
Do have a few symptoms but IDK if they are PMS, PG, or if I am making them up at this point. Me and hubby even had a dream on the SAME night of Pregnancy. He dreamed the test was BFP and I dreamed I was lactating! LOL
I see it as highly doubtful that tube would have unblocked itself.
Whats yalls opinions, and experiences?!?! Please share!
