Oops we did it again. Should I be worried about twins?
Hi all. We have a 15mo and I just got my period back in January. I've had no period cramps since baby #1, who knew? On April 1 I had some weird cramping that I thought might be my period, except I wasn't getting period cramps anymore and I was supposed to be mid-cycle. So I figured maybe it was just ovulation making my uterus cramp (I know that's dumb).
So yesterday I was expecting my period and it was still a no-show so I went ahead and took a hpt not expecting anything. But not only was it BFP it was bold! I think this time with baby#1 I had a very faint positive.
So should I be worried about twins? I know increased hcg can come from multiples and we weren't even planning baby #2 let alone #2 and #3. Does anyone know if implantation cramping is worse with twins? I haven't even told DH yet because he's so busy with work right now I'm going to wait a few weeks until he's between jobs.

I'm not sure about whether implantation cramps are worse with twins, but I'll tell you that when I was pregnant with my (now 7 year old-boy/girl) twins home pregnancy test (first response) said positive, but a week or so later Dr. test said negative! I insisted on a blood test in which I got the results a few weeks later positive. I was probably about 3-4 weeks and the first symptom that I had was only a missed period. Only later did I have 8 weeks of "morning" sickness.
