Anyone have triphasic temps? Pregnant or not
So 5 dpo I had a huge temp drop past my coverline (which I've had before so I wasn't to baffled ) then the next day & for 4 days straight my temp shot way up . Fertility friend identified it as triphasic. Thing is I've been temping over a year & I've never had anything like this. Not even a 1 or 2 day temp this high. I'm not sick. Haven't changed any sleeping patterns or waking time. Take my temp every morning at 645. I try not to symptom spot but today I woke up w/ horrible lower back ache. Just a dull ache. 2 months ago I had laproscopy to have endometriosis removed. So my question is is this triphasic pattern promising? ? I hate the 2 week wait lol. Any comments are appreciated

I had triphasic temps one cycle and was not pregnant. Both cycles I've gotten pregnant my chart never went triphasic.
The triphasic temp pattern is more often on pregnancy charts than ovulatory charts but it isn't definitive either way. You can be pregnant and not have a triphasic chart. You have not be pregnant and have a triphasic chart. You won't really know if you're pregnant or not till you test or you start your period.
Hopefully the triphasic chart is a good sign for you! :)
