For the highest concentration of hormones, you should be using the first morning urine until you get your flashing smiley "high" fertile results. Then, you CAN start testing more than once a day to make sure you detect your LH surge for your peak window. The surge can be short in some women and you want to make sure not to miss it. All of these instructions were in my package of Clearblue digital ovulation tests when I purchased mine. Not sure why yours wouldn't have the instructions?

Agree! First morning urine is the best to detect the hormones. But if your at your peak fertility it should still show up no matter what time of the day. Good luck!
