Is it multiple pregnancy?

I ovulated on day 13-14. Did a blood beta hcg on day 24. The value was 32 mIU/ml. Did a repeat hcg 48 hours later on day 26. The value came to 156 mIU/ ml. Now I've read that hcg values double in 48-72 hours in early pregnancy. But my values have increased by 5 times in 48 hours. Could this be a sign of multiple pregnancy? Fingers crossed ?. Comments will be very much appreciated.
