I fell down a flight of stairs at 12 weeks and all was well. Unless you have cramping or bleeding it's probably fine. Baby is surrounded by a ton of fluid that cushions everything. Also at 11 weeks baby is probably way down behind your pelvic bone and nowhere near your tummy yet.

It's probably just fine. Like mnor0406 said unless you have cramping or bleeding I wouldn't be too worried.
That being said you may want to check out the sister site countdownMYpregnancy.com. It is probably a better place to ask pregnancy questions since a lot of ladies here have never been pregnant and, presumably, even less are pregnant currently.
