Question

Steps I need to take to prepare to start ttc again? Best vitamins, ov tests, doc blood work ect?

DH will be home from deployment 4/15ish. We miscaried August 2015 @15 weeks due to Trisomy 21 & cystic hygroma. I've had 2 successful pregnancies before but both were " it will happen when it happens" and they happened both very quickIy so I didn't prepare before hand. I just want the best start possible. I'd like advice on steps to take to get ready for the healthiest pregnancy I can provide to limit my internal anxiety over loosing our son last August. Stress isn't good for a baby. So certain blood tests to check that my hormones are okay, best vitamins to start right away, best ovulation tests by opinion, do the vitamins for men/ women I see on here really help, diet ideas before getting pregnant? Just any advise& wisdom from one rainbow baby hopeful or ttc gal to another will help tremendously. If I know I did everything I could to give our lil babe the best start and we loose the babe again I'll know I tried my best. Thank you ladies.

Exersize really helps, both times I got pregnant were when I started exersizing. I also took prenatals while TTC and tried to eat more veggies and healthier foods and cut out sugar and alcohol. I also cut MAJORLY back on caffeine intake.

I would make a pre conception apt with your doctor and just ask for some guideance and advice.
