Early period or HEAVY implantation bleeding?
Hi Ladies, I'm due for AF Monday, April 4 but yesterday (Tuesday, March 29; cycle day 29) I started what I believe is my period 6 days early. It started off really light but red the first day but today it's heavier and has clots. My cycles are normally 34 days long and are rarely off by more than a day or two. My husband and I are trying for baby #2. I started my last AF March 1, I used my Clearblue Fertility Monitor and it said I was ovulating March 14th and 15th. My husband and I BD the 6-8, 12, and 14. On cycle day 27 (March 27) I had severe cramps that I thought could've been implantation cramps. The entire month I felt off, hot flashes had sore nipples from March 13-18 (never happens before AF). I took a couple First Signal tests and they were negative. The last one I took was on Monday and it was negative. I should mention that with my first child I did experience light bright red implantation bleeding on cycle days 26-29 didn't get a positive test until cycle day 31.

If you ovulated about 2 weeks ago then the timing fits for the bleeding being your period. Period also sounds more likely to me considering the flow is heavy with clots. All that combined with negative tests and I'd say it is very unlikely that the bleeding you're having is something other than your period.
