Am I pregnant?

Here's my story. I got my birth control taken out March 21. I started automatically taking ovulation tests. I have two positives on I think the 25 and 26. TTC on the 21 21 23 24 25 27. A few days after the 25 I had major cramping and my breasts were very sore to the touch. Especially my nipples felt like razor blades. I'm very tired but that's pretty normal since I have a 21 month old. Really hoping for two lines. Any thoughts?
