Positive opk but negative pregnancy test? Help!!

I've recently took 2 digital clearblue ovulation tests from different urine throughout the day and im getting a smiley flashing face and a solid face. I've taken several pregnancy tests and all are negative. I'm 9dpo so I'm aware it's a little early but could the opk be detecting early pregnancy?? Has anyone had any similar experiences? I just need some advice, I'm losing the will to live waiting!
