Various symptoms and missed period but negative pregnancy test?

I have had various symptoms including nausea, hip pains, cramping, increased discharge, runny nose, sore throat, frequent urination and exhaustion. I am 4 days late on my period but had cramping 3 days after ovulation. I have taken many tests as I previously thought my period was due on the 11th and not the 18th, but all have been negative. Am I testing too early? Could I be pregnant?
