15 days late..Neg HPT Neg Blood Work...+ OPK????

Ok ladies so today I am 15 days late.... I AM NEVER LATE!!!!! I went to the DR about a 1.5 weeks ago, they did blood work and it came back neg along with the many many HPTs. The dr also found a small cyst on my ovary that she said was a functional cyst and not to worry it would go away on its own, and could delay my period a few days. WELL WE ARE WAY PAST A FEW DAYS....last period was on 1/29 and pos OPK on 2/13 was due for AF on 2/29.
Saturday would have been the start of my fertile week, had I actually had a period...so I figured what the heck, lets see if I ovulate. Well Friday faint line, Saturday & Sunday same... usually I have a pretty good line progression when I ovulate, but today POSITIVE very positive.., the test line is thicker and darker than the control line... this never happens!!!
I am curious am I really ovulating? is it even possible to ovulate with out a period? is it possible I am pregnant? I have had extreme fatigue and nausea on and off. Any advise iapprecia
