Fertility Drug + IUI

I recently did a second round of IUI + a fertility drug called "Puregon". I believe its a follitropin beta drug. I have unexplained infertility- no other issues/or male factor. However, now since taking the drug they have found that I have developed cysts from the drug and want me to wait till they clear up (next month) to try another cycle.
In my particular case, can I still get pregnant on my own even with these cysts that have developed? (I have regular periods + ovulate on own naturally each month). And how I can help get rid of these on my own? Any suggestions?
