Did you had you Pregnancy Symptoms back 3 weeks after D&C?

It's been three weeks since I had MC & DC (11 weeks, 5 days, 1st PG after TTC for 8 years) stopped bleeding on the 5th days I got BFN 10 days after. All the signs of my pregnancy has been gone for the last weeks. Though my OB asked me to wait for AF to start TTC but DH and I already BD two weeks after my D&C and I wasn't sure if I O'd.

Did anyone had your pregnancy symptoms three weeks after D&C? Is this normal? Or could it be possible that these are symptoms of new pregnancy? (sore breast, headache, lower back pain and loss of appetite)
