Miscarriage at 5 weeks, weird stuff happening now
So we've been trying to get pregnant, took at test jan 15 and was positive, along with 2 more positives! jan 22 i start bleeding a lot and turns out i had a miscarriage. Went to doc to confirm and blood tests were 0 for hcp. I bled for only about 3ish maybe 4 days and then nothing..seemed like my body was getting back to normal. Now its like 7 weeks later and still no period, no blood at all. My boobs are a lot bigger than theyve ever been and are really tender. What is happening? Will my period ever show up because I'd like to get pregnant again. Or could I be pregnant again already? Is that even possible without a normal period?

So sorry for your loss. It is possible you got pregnant the first cycle after your miscarriage. If that's the case then you would not have a period in between. I would take a test to be sure. Since it was an early miscarriage I would assume your cycles would continue to be regular but some women do have a few irregular cycles after a miscarriage before everything regulates again. I've had multiple miscarriages at 4 & 5 weeks and they have never impacted future cycles when the miscarriage was that early. The only time I've had a "late" period when I was not pregnant was after my 11 week miscarriage. Good luck! Hopefully you have a sticky baby this time if you are pregnant!

I had a missed miscarriage in Jan had to have a d&c as I didn't bleed myself .I was 14 weeks pregnant. I waited 6 weeks for my first cycle to arrive to start trying again . You should maybe make and app with your gp for a blood test to be done to see what might be going on. They will check hormone levels etc . It's possible you could be pregnant again fingers crossed for you x

Hi all! Thanks for the responses, i appreciated reading them and they were helpful! So i just took a test this morning and it shows im pregnant! Im a lil scared since i didnt have a normal cycle since the mc and i dont know how i could handle another mc. But im also very excited for this and am praying that this baby makes it through!
