11 dpo and symptoms gone -first cycle in 12 years!!

On the implanton for 12 years and had it removed on 12th Jan. Af arrived a month later exactly- 12 Feb for5days. Bcause this is my first af, I didn't know (and still can't be sure of my ov date) so only started taking my opks on cd11. Funny thing was the night before got a sharp twingy pain only lasting seconds down around my right ovary- so much so I stopped in my tracks and thought what was that?!? Luckily I had sex twice that morning. Given all that, I began my opks and every single one has been neg (even upto today - cd16) convincing me even more that the painy twinge was ovulation. Continuing on, I started to experience symptoms from (Based on twinge)about 5 dpo to 10 dpo, cramps, headache, cm (heavy on dpo9) and exhaustion on dpo 8& 9. It's now 11dpo, my symptoms have decreased except sensitive nipples. Also I have been testing with pound land and super drug since 9dpo all bfn- emotional torture. Plz tell me it's going to be ok! is it too soon after contreception? praying 4 b
