Migraines and IBS

I am 8 weeks 3 days pregnant. I have been suffering with IBS type symptoms and also migraines - 3 in 10 days. Associated with blurred vision and vomiting.

I am thinking that the IBS and migraines may be related to one another.

Anyone else experience this whilst pregnant and any possible remedies to help me?
