Am I miscarriaging?
Calculating my dates I am 8 weeks pregnant, I have been losing bright red blood no clots I have been for an internal scan today they can see the pregnancy sac measuring 5mm but nothing else. I need to go back in two weeks what are people's thoughts?

My fingers are crossed for you hun! Try not to worry at the moment, I know that's easier said than done. When I had my mc at 7 weeks, I went for a scan and they couldn't see anything, not even a sac. So the fact they can see something is reassuring. Did they do your pregnancy hormone levels?

I've had two MC's at around 9 wks. With my last, I had a US done at 8w1d and was measuring at 6w1d, but I was able to see a heartbeat on the monitor. I started spotting and had back cramps two days later and lost the baby at 8w6d. They did check my levels at all visits. Were you measuring behind and did you see a heartbeat on the scan? I'm sorry you are going thru this. I hope it all works out for you!
My best friend had spotting during her pregnancy and everything was fine. It was due to her placenta being on top of her cervix. It finally moved and she stopped bleeding. She's over 25 wks now!
