Anyone had an ectopic pregnancy? What where your signs?
I'm 4 weeks 4 days pregnant very early! I can't be,p but worry as I've had 7 losses, I do have a healthy 15 month old daughter so doctors won't scan me early or keep a close eye on me which I think is terrible after 7 losses! Anyway I've been getting a throbbing a pain on the left side. It comes and goes and it hasn't been that bad for the last two days. I'm worried as it feels like it's my tube but I'm probably worrying myself. Doc won't do nothing as its too early. I thought maybe baby was burrowing down more that's what caused the pain as its pretty much gone now. Any advice please I would be so grateful, I'm finding this so hard. Thanks in advance

Hi there,
I had an ectopic pregnancy in August. I had non of the symptom you describe, just a funny 'late' period. No pain, nothing. If you are worried, I recommend you go to an Early Pregnancy Unit (if you are in the UK) and get a self referral. They can check your betas and monitor you. 4 weeks and 4 days will be too early for anything to be seen on a scan. Your betas would need to be around the 2000 mark for them to see a gestational sac. x

I had a week before my ruptured ectopic period type of pains then week later I got even worse pain, vomitting, hot and cold sweats, pain at the back of my shoulder, pain in my ribs as I was breathing. Went to the hospital and found my tube had burst so had internal bleeding m. Anything that doesn't feel quite right then I would say there is no harm in getting it checked out
