Need advice from my fellow ladies please?!

I missed my af in Dec. had an Awful period painful, clotty Jan 10. Usually have a 26 day cycle, but got very strange spotting after urination for a week on Jan 27 (only 13 days after af).. Not heavy, none in pad, but bright red when wiping. Was due for af on Feb 22. Never late in my life except for when preg with my 4 children. Sweating badly at night for 2 days.. Internet pt showed faint line (2lines) this morning and I did 2 more. All faint lines. Just need to know opinions please! My test won't download to this site. Trust me... My hubby saw 2 lines also. Don't wanna get my hopes up. Any ideas on what last months episode was?
