Anyone had spotting and cramping after a bfp?

I tested negative the day af was due then had 2 days of spotting, much different to my normal period and then had strong cramping and on and off light spotting. Took a test yesterday coz this was unusual for me and it was faint bfp. Still cramping and spotting every now and then but tests seem lighter today. Is it a chemical or mc? Anyone else had this?
