3 days late and still getting bfns

I've been so tired,my boobs are sore all over and covered in blue veins, my nipples are darker,my back has been achy,I have been eating like mad and i have been experiencing nausea and horrible dizziness. Every part of me is screaming pregnant, but I'm still getting bfns. And the dizziness is horrible; I can't get anything done. Should I be worried or is this normal? Ps none of these are AF symptoms for me
