Question

Early pregnancy and sex

Hello, I'm preg 2-3 weeks and I'm scared of miscarriage.
Last year, I miscarried at 7 weeks and now I'm freaking out.
I thought it might have something to do with sex . My DH likes it deep me too.
Should we stop sex for the first trimester. ?
It's sex bad for the baby. ?
How can I (try to) avoid miscarriage. ?

No, sex is fine. It doesn't matter how deep either, baby is very well cushioned. If you would feel more comfortable with it shallow then do it for you but baby is safe either way. Often miscarriage is bad luck and caused by defective sperm, in this case it's unlikely it will happen twice in a row. There's really nothing you can do to prevent miscarriage though, if it's gonna happen it will. I wish you the best of luck, but should it happen again I'd suggest seeing a specialist to check everything is ok with you. Fingers crossed for you.
