Cervix playing games with me. Anyone else had similar experiences?

Hi guys. So 12DPO today & almost certain I had a very very faint positive this morning (I have posted a picture & it seems those guys who've seen it agree). Anyway .... I had some spotting when wiping Wednesday, Thursday & yesterday morning but it never came to anything more & today there's nothing. I've been keep an eye (or finger) on my cervix for a couple of weeks & over the last few days it's been relatively high however tonight, just before bed, it appears to have dropped slightly. It's not low much is definitely more reachable than it was. I'm a little concerned that this means AF is on her way ???? Has anyone else experience this & gone on to get BFP please? Thanks
